Is This the Best Bacon in Kansas City? Sampling the House Cured Bacon at the Sundry Market

There are a few food items that I am really passionate (i.e. borderline bonkers) about: croissants, bread, and bacon. In my opinion, there is nothing like the real thing when it comes to these delicacies. They must be handmade by someone who really knows their craft. So today, in my never ending search for delicious bacon, I purchased a pound of house-cured bacon from The Sundry Market & Kitchen, located at 1706 Baltimore in Kansas City’s Crossroads District. While there, my pal purchased some groceries, and we spied a few friends happily dining over lunchtime sandwiches. What a great place – I left impressed. Care to view my bacon? I snapped some photos for ya…
