The Importance of Having a Realtor
Many times, homes that are being offered by an unrepresented seller (FSBOs) have an element that is not quite right – whether it be price, staging, condition, or just working with them on scheduling an appointment. If these guys had a realtor, they might have a little chat about personalized decor and staging. I found it while browsing some for sale by owner homes online today and was overcome by the beautiful pastel decor. I would guess a realtor might want them to thin it out and neutralize… Check it out.
