Kansas City Condo Market needs a Rebound

Now is the time to buy a Kansas City condo. I think we are hitting bottom right now – there is a huge glut of inventory and prices are falling. There are incredible deals to be had on some of the most beautiful condos in town. I believe it will turn around eventually, so I do think it would be a good time to buy one as long as you aren’t looking for a quick buck. You will have to ride it out, but it could be worth it…

Not that anyone has any money or jobs to even buy a starbucks latte frappawhatsit… But seriously, downtown has finally arrived – the restaurants, the grocery, the people, the culture, the events, the basketball tournaments (go Jayhawks). People were buying condos at light speed when it was a ghost town, and now that it is cool, nobody’s stepping up. What gives, KC? Come back Kay Barnes – I need you!
