This is interesting data because it shows that the lower priced homes are selling better than the upper bracket homes in this area. Not really much of a surprise with all the recent news on the economy. On the positive side, the number of days on market is a really healthy number. When it gets really high, that is when you have a buyer’s market and you see the prices start to drop and the values decrease. As a homeowner, we like it when our homes retain their value.
