April 2011 Housing Statistics for Kansas City – Still no Increase in Sales
Take note buyers and sellers, the number of sales and sale prices are lower than in April last year at this time. The numbers also show that they are also lower for April 2011 than they were in April of 2008 and 2009 as well. Prices and sales look to be about the same as March 2011, but both are slightly increased from the cold winter months which is good news. As you can see, it is still a buyer’s market, and selling a home takes work and a realistic approach to pricing and condition.
