An Iconic Kansas City House in the News – Outrageous Mid Century Modern Home in Crestwood Featured on NY Times

Kansas City has a few iconic properties that you immediately recognize, and the Nicol House in Crestwood is one of them. Designed as a family home in the mid 20th century by famous architect Bruce Goff, the honeycomb shape was meant to highlight the family’s individuality and eccentricity. The home is far out, to be sure. The current occupant is Rod Parks, the mid-century furniture dealer and owner of Retro Inferno, and I can’t imagine a more perfect custodian.
