SOLD in Nottingham Forest

Congrats to my clients and friends (E&A, you know who you are) who just closed on a big, beautiful new home in Nottingham Forest.

They moved from Brookside, and chose Nottingham Forest because it shares similar qualities to Brookside. Nottingham Forest is a subdivision located at around 119th and Nieman in Overland Park, but it is an established neighborhood with tall trees, picturesque winding streets, interesting homes built in different architectural styles and with varying materials such as stone, brick, stucco, wood. Mostly, the home style is traditional, though there are just a few contemporary and lodge style homes here. The average sales price in 2011 and 2012 (YTD) is about $350,000. If you need more space and are considering moving south of I-435 to gain it, I think Nottingham Forest is a nice choice.
