Sell Your House in Winter

Dear potential home seller,
If you want to sell your home but think you should wait for the bustling Spring market, think again. I am currently working with several buyers and the quantity and quality of homes on the market is falling quickly. These buyers would love to buy your awesome house, but sadly, it isn’t for sale.

If this sounds like you, then get busy! We need good homes, but it seems all the sellers think they should wait until Spring when all the buyers come out. The truth is, there are always buyers and if you wait you will miss out on the current buyers and open yourself up to a highly competitive market in the Spring. Winter buyers have less inventory to choose from, so the good houses (like yours!) always get snatched up quickly.
