October Local Housing Stats Reveal a Slow Market

The change in sales prices from last October as compared with this October is negligible, while the actual number of sales has plummeted. The number of sales is down by about 38% metro wide from last October. It is obviously a slow, sluggish market, but I think we should feel lucky that prices are holding.
