Home Prices on the Rise in Roeland Park

Soon, I will be listing a lovely home for sale in Roeland Park. While the owners are busy sprucing it up, I am researching values and competitive properties.

Prices rose 7% in Roeland Park last year. Also of significance is that prices finally surpassed the peak of sales which preceded the market crash in 2007. Overall, I think this chart illustrates the stability of an investment in the Roeland Park real estate market. While there is some fluctuation, the changes are predictable and not overly drastic.
