Good News – Amendment 3 Passed

I recently wrote a blog entry about Missouri Amendment 3, which we voted for on Tuesday. It passed which means that we will not be subjected to any new tax on the sale or transfer of real estate in the state of Missouri. This is good news for my industry and for those of us who are homeowners. We pay enough taxes already, including property taxes, so I am considering this a victory. Hooray!
