Abracadabra – Today is National Open House day!

The National Association of Realtors has waved their magic wand and declared this to be Nationwide Open House Weekend, in honor of Fair Housing Month. If you are a buyer or even if you just want to see what is going on with real estate in your neighborhood, today is the day for open houses. Pretty much all of them are going to be held open, and with the high number of homes currently for sale, it would be a good opportunity to check out the local market. I will be at my listing at 7427 Holmes from 12-2 in Brookside/Waldo, then I may go hold open a great little ranch near UMKC that I just listed (its going to be hard to keep working and not go home and play in the veggie garden!).
