2013 Price Rising in the Oak Meyer Gardens Subdivision in Brookside

Tonight, I am meeting with a neighbor on my street who is considering selling her home. In preparation, I charted average and median sale prices for the last ten years of Oak Meyer Gardens’ (OMG) history. Yes, my neighborhood acronym is OMG and the board of directors use it on all of our communications; I did not make it up. Pretty cool, huh? ChartImg-1
So far, both the average and median sales prices are rising in 2013. If interest rates stay low, we could end the year on a high note which is great for those of us who own property in this neighborhood.
