Staged, Styled, and Sold in Three Days

I am going to take a minute to brag a little bit. Today, a listing of mine sold for 100% of list price, and we received the offer within three days of listing the home online. I am especially proud because, in addition to my normal services, I also managed lighting renovations, chose colors and finishes, and then staged and styled the house. I rented furniture, purchased items, and used some of my own decor. The home looked beautiful, crisp and clean.

An additional point of pride is that the house was previously listed for three months before the seller switched brokerages and hired me. On average, my listings get offers within 30 days of listing and sell for within 98% of list price. This is a great stat and it makes me very proud. I attribute my success to careful planning, preparation, research, pricing correctly, home styling, and hiring a great photographer.
