Big article this morning in the Kansas City Star outlining plans for new apartment development in the River Market area. They are comparing it to the size and upscale quality of Quality Hill apartment development downtown. They say they’ll follow the architecture that exists in the area to make them fit in well and blend with the existing historic rehabbed structures. Should be a great addition to the city – look for them in 2009…
