Hmmm, I read through this KC Star article on real estate, and I feel unenlightened. I just don’t really feel like they are really saying anything new or important. Yes, it is a buyer’s market. Yes, finally the inventory is starting to shrink. Hopefully we have already or will hit bottom soon, but nobody knows. Hopefully Part 2 has more meat.
