Joy,
Thanks for letting me know! Retro Renovation blog has a forum which is a great place to get in contact with folks who want to buy or sell things of this nature. You should also post them on your local Craigslist. If you could send a photo, I would love to see them, and I'm happy to write a post about it too. -Sarah

Sarah, I have just bought a 1952 condo in downtown Dallas and it has a galley kitchen, and it is entire kitchen is Crane orginial cabinets in great condition. They are all white, no handles and has the Crane logo on the center cabinets. can I send a photo and get some help to sell these to someone, I do not want to trash them, they are in perfect condition for someone remolding and wants a retro kitchen Joy

Yes, but there are rules. You need to read the city codes: http://www.lawrenceks.org/city_code/system/files/chapter03.pdf
Look at Article 5. In brief, it states that you can have: "one animal per 500 square feet of lot size, rounded down, but in no event will the total number of permitted fowl on any lot exceed 20."
Good luck with your chickens, it is alot of fun!

What a great job you did of capturing Key West architecture! Of course, that doesn't surprise me from a fellow Realtor, and one familiar with Victorian homes, at that. You probably learned while here that so many of our grander homes are Victorian because a devastating fire in 1886 forced so many of our wealthy -- and not so wealthy - residents to rebuild. Hurricanes also had a big impact on the architectural landscape of the Southernmost City. Prior to the "Havana Hurricane" of 1846, for example, there were some 600 or so buildings in Key West. After the storm swept through there were eight left! Eight! You might enjoy this Squidoo article about Key West's Oldest House; the only one of those eight I've ever seen. It's a free attraction now in Key West; neither you nor I will ever sell it, but it does sell Key West in its own way.
