When I'm not spending time with clients, I enjoy writing my blog, where I post about topics ranging from real estate trends to retro pink kitchens.

"My goal is to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible, and perhaps maybe even a bit fun."

I am a full-time real estate agent with Better Homes and Gardens Kansas City, and I I work on both the Kansas and Missouri sides of the state line. I have been with the same company since 2006, and I have seen it all. I think what has made me a successful agent is paying attention to details, my ability to work with a myriad of personalities, good negotiation/communication skills (both written and verbal - both still very important even in the age of smartphones!), and my lifestyle, cultural, and design interests.

Raised in Kentucky and a graduate of the University of Kansas, I now reside in the Brookside neighborhood of Kansas City with my husband, Clayton, our toddler son, a crazy boxer dog, and sometimes a flock of egg-laying chickens. I am a certified Master Gardener, and I love to be outside in the dirt whenever I can.

Kansas City's rich history and beauty bring a constant source of joy and inspiration to my job. I love living and working in the classic areas of town where I can take advantage of the beauty, architecture, walkability and diverse scenery. I treat all of my clients the same, regardless of the price tag, and strive to provide the kind of representation that I would want for my own family.

"I love getting to know people and their stories."

Hello! I’m Grace Fancher, a 5th generation Kansas Citian. Born and raised here, I went to University of Kansas and moved back to Kansas City after graduation. I love everything Kansas City and consider it the best hidden gem - I am constantly discovering new unique places to explore. The fact that you can find such a variety of homes here - such as classic historic charm mixed with modern clean lines - is what drew me to real estate. I could tour homes all day, every day, and still find different character in each one.

I have a background in both event planning and marketing, which has only increased my passion for organization and attention to detail. Communication is definitely a specialty of mine, which makes working with clients such a fun experience. I love getting to know people and their stories.

I have a large (and very loud) family that I am extremely close with. They have moved away, but have since returned home and all now reside in Kansas City. If I won the lottery tomorrow, I would travel, travel, travel. It is my favorite thing in the world to visit new places I've never been and learn about the culture.
